MISSION STATEMENT

The mission of the Amwell Attitude Softball Organization is to not only develop a hard working, knowledgeable and dedicated Softball athlete but to also develop a person with confidence, pride, integrity and respect.

We believe in developing people as well as players using softball as a tool for learning skills in decision making, leadership, fairness and recognizing abilities. Our goal is to teach our players the skills they need to take their game to the next level while also teaching and setting the example on becoming a better person. We reinforce a positive mental attitude.

Our coaches will always provide fair treatment to our players and help our players to build their confidence by giving them the opportunity to improve. We will also play players where their talent and ability is best suited for the success of the team. We believe that teaching softball the right way is the only way. We will always give every player the opportunity to improve.

Amwell Attitude teaches that hard work will have its rewards. We respect our teammates and consider them family. We firmly believe that a positive chemistry between the players, coaches and parents will always lead to success.
