  at the Delaware Academy of Public Safety & Security 801 N. DuPont Hwy, New Castle DE 19720
  Come out for a night of fun and to show your support for Shane! $30/Ticket (checks payable to Shane 8 Fund). Send checks to 20 Bastille Loop, Newark, DE 19702

·  This event will include: Music by DJ Mo Parson, Silent Auction, 50/50 Board and  food donated and prepared by the Knights of Columbus

- Please join us for the 1^st Annual I PLAY FOR SHANE Wiffle Ball Tournament Saturday, October 11, 2014 9 am – 12 pm Canal Little League Majors Field
This is a day of community, fun and PLAYING FOR SHANE. DJ Mo Parson will be spinning the tunes, We’ll be flipping burgers and dogs, And of course we will have one of Canal’s famous commentators announcing the whole thing! Not interested in playing, that’s okay – you can still come out and show your support!  We will also have Shane Strong and I Play for Shane T-Shirts and Bracelets for sale. Here’s what you need to do:      
   - Form a team
   · Name your team

o   No player to old or young to play

o   We are looking for teams of 10 but teams of any size are okay

      Send your team name and players to the I Play for Shane Committee at Shane8Fund@gmail.com to sign up.
Send checks to 20 Bastille Loop, Newark, DE 19702.$5 per player or $50 per team (checks payable to Shane 8 Fund).

- Change for Shane: Beginning on 5/17, all majors baseball teams are holding a competition collecting change in buckets. So check
  your sofa cushions, pockets and car seats,  find collect all loose change and bring it to any majors game and support your favorite
  majors team!

- "I Play for Shane" bracelets: On sale for $2. Will be sold at the majors field at various times.

- Junior Mud Run for Leukemia: 2014 Delaware Jr. Mud Run for kids ages 6 - 13 will be held on Thursday, June 12th at Frightland, 309
   Port Penn Road. For more details, check outr their facebook page (Click Here) . All Proceeds benefit the the Leukemia Research
   Foundation of Delaware!

- Beef and Beer: Date and time TBA!

-On Monday, August 18th, the Philadelphia Phillies are having a night for Shane at Citizen's Bank Park in conjunction with Shane's travel team, folks can purchase

  benefit Shane's  family to help with medical expenses!
