2017 Fall Tackle and Flag Football Registration Information

Registration Fees:

        $75.00 Flag Football for children entering Kindergarten thru 2nd grade

        $125.00 Tackle Football for children entering 3rd thru 6th

        $10.00 Tackle Sibling Discount

        $25.00 for camp

Weigh Ins are 8/26/2017. Location and Time is TBD

Your child's physical (signed by a medical doctor), latest report card (to prove grand level) and birth certificate must be turned into your team mom NO LATER THAN 8/16/2017.

 Uniforms WILL NOT be distributed until your registration fee is paid in full...NO EXCEPTIONS. Robyn Wasem, our Registrar, will be collecting registration fees during practice.  If you have not paid your fee, please see her to do so ASAP!

Game Locations: Home games are played at Cedar Creek High School.  Away games will be played as far away as Caldwell depending on the schedule.

Practices:  Determined by coach.

Registration Includes Game Jersey, Integrated Pants, 1 Mouthpiece, Regular Season Games, Playoff Tournament, Facility rental, Game officials, & Trophy

PARENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR SUPPLYING HELMET, CLEATS, SHOULDER PADS, PRACTICE JERSEYS AND SOCKS.
