INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY

GREEN FLAG = PRACTICE IS ON

YELLOW FLAG = PRACTICE IS ON HOLD. STAY IN YOUR CAR and do not come into lockeroom as practice may be cancelled.

RED FLAG = PRACTICE IS CANCELLED

DURING PRACTICE or GAME INCLEMENT WEATHER - If inclement weather hits our field, the horn will be sound (new lightning alert system installed by county). ALL PARTICIPANTS are instructed to go immediately to their appropriate storm shelter/lockeroom.  They are not to go to the parking lot to a vehicle.  Go directly to your storm shelter.  After each strike the system calculates the time and will alert us when the area is ALL CLEAR.

NEW POLICY THIS SEASON - The County does NOT permit anyone int he bleachers or the fields while under lightning delay.  You must go to your car and wait for the all clear message. 

DUE TO LIMITED SPACE IN OUR LOCKEROOMS - NO parents are permitted in the hallway and/or the lockerooms/stormshelters.

IF PRACTICE OR GAME ARE CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER - Field policy is for the parent to pick up the child at their storm shelter/lockeroom. 

No child will be released without a parent or guardian. 

These policies are all in effect for the safety of the children.
