Homecoming Court will begin PROMPTLY at 3:00 P.M.

All Cheerleaders need to be at the field and in Cheer Uniforms (No Dresses) no later than 2:00 P.M.

Escorts will need to be in football uniforms (everything but helmets to be worn) and at the field no later than 2:30 P.M. 

Drawing for the Xbox One will be held immediately following the crowning of our last queen. 

Parents please remember admission for Homecoming will be charged. If you plan to attend Homecoming then leave and return for a game later, please make sure that you have your hand stamped before you leave from Homecoming. 

Senior Night will be at half time of the Pee Wee's game. Parents of senior football players need to gather under the score board mid way thru the 2nd quarter of the Pee Wee game to prepare for the presentation.

Cheer & Football players will need to be dressed in full game uniforms for pictures. We also ask that even if you decide not to purchase individual pictures to please attend for the team pictures.

The 2014 Cheer Competition will be held on October 19th beginning at 9:00 A.M. It will be held at Sevier County High School. Everyone is encouraged to attend and cheer on our Broncoettes! (Football players admitted free with jersey on.)

Thanks Broncos & Bronco parents for another great spring practice! Have a great summer everyone, we'll see you on July 28th!

Remember football is finished, but cheer still has their fittings scheduled for Monday (5/19) beginning at 6:00 P.M. at the field. (Football players that didn't make it today can turn in their equipment on Monday as well.)

Cheerleading uniform fittings will be held on Monday, May 19th 2014 at our field. Schedule as follows:

Pee Wees: 6:00 P.M. - 6:45 P.M.

Supers: 6:45 P.M. - 7:15 P.M.

Grasscutters: 7:15 P.M. - 8:00 P.M.

Please be on time and wear a bathing suit and socks!

New this year:

• If you had a V-neck bodyliner last year, you will be required to purchase a turtleneck bodyliner this year.
• All cheerleaders will have to purchase new socks, shoes, hair bows and pom poms EACH YEAR.
• Payment for cheerleading items is due at the time of purchase up to about $190.00.
• DO NOT ASK to hold a payment or wait for payment, as this will hold up the entire cheerleading order. Again, money is due at the time of purchase.

Don't forget, the Annual E.M.C.C. Cheer Competition is this Sunday at Pigeon Forge High School. Doors open and 9:30 AM and competition beginnings at 10:00 AM. Crowd participation helps our teams score, so we need you Broncos to turn out in force and support our Broncoettes!!

Thanks to everyone that participated and helped to make our Homecoming a big success! 

The board has made a few changes for fundraising for this season.

Homecoming Queen fundraising drive will end at the end of practice on Thursday, September 19th. All money must be turned in to Cheer Director Patricia Wilkerson that night for it to be counted toward the Homecoming Queen contest. 

(New Parents - Our cheerleaders raise money for Homecoming, with each squad's top fundraiser being crowned Queen prior to our Homecoming game on October 5th.)

If the total funds raised by all three cheer squads exceeds $6,000.00 the girls can wear whatever they want for Homecoming. Within reason. (Not this) ;-)

The Homecoming Queen winner will also receive a $50.00 gift card in addition to her crown and other queenly swag. Also, every girl raising at least $100.00 will be receiving a trophy & $10.00 gift card.

Since the boys fundraiser (golf tournament) was a bust, their fundraiser this year will be Krispy Kreme Doughnut sales. The boys fundraiser will also end at the end of practice on Thursday, September 19th. All money must be turned into Treasurer Melinda Breeden that night for it to count toward the contest. The boy who raises the most money will receive a $100.00 gift card. Any boy raising at least $100.00 will receive a $10.00 gift card. 

Both contests start now. Football parents can download the Krispy Kreme Fundraising Form here. Price per dozen is $7.00.

We are going to have to re-schedule football picture day.

E.M.F.C. voted Saturday to have the coaches meeting in Sevierville at the same time (8/10) that we were going to do pictures. We will post the new date for football pictures as soon as possible.

We have re-scheduled Varsity fittings for cheer on May 16th, at 4:00 P.M. at the field. This is the one and only time Varsity will be here. Girls must be present for this fitting. Money must be paid in full that night, and that night only. We apologize for the short notice and multiple date changes, it was out of our control. 

There will be a makeup uniform fitting for those who were unable to attend the 3/23 fitting on Saturday, 4/13 starting at 10:00 A.M. at the Fieldhouse. This will be the only makeup fitting so please make plans to attend. Also, if you have not yet turned in a birth certificate please bring a copy with you.

We've had several cheer parents ask us to host a swap meet to trade and/or sell cheer pack items. For those interested please bring any items you are interested in moving to the uniform fitting on 3/23 at the field. Hopefully it will be a nice morning, and we can have a little flea market in the stands! The gates will be open by 10:00 A.M. so new cheer parents come on down and see if you can find enough stuff to avoid that big ole cheer pack expense!

Also, we do have a message board here (at left under "Forum") if you gals want to start a thread and maybe do some chatting back and forth. Might save some time. 

Uniform fittings for Cheer will be held 3/23 at the Fieldhouse (where you signed up). Please attend according to the following schedule if possible:

10:00 A.M. - 11:00 A.M. / Grasscutter's (ages 5-7)
11:00 A.M. - 12:00 P.M. / Super's (ages 8 & 9)
12:00 P.M. - 1:00 P.M. / Pee Wee's (ages 10 & 11)

Please have the girls wear a bathing suit under clothes. 

The Varsity rep will be at the Fieldhouse on 5/8 at 4:00 P.M. to fit for Cheer Packs. Payment for Cheer packs will be due and payable at this fitting. For those that elected to sell 60 dozen doughnuts in lieu of paying cash, the board will pay Varsity on your behalf. You will need to attend this fitting either way though, or you will not be able to order your Cheer Pack. The Cheer Pack should cost $177.00 - $185.00 depending on shoe size.

The Varsity rep had a conflict with the original date of 5/31, the new date is 5/8. Sorry for the inconvenience.

We have had several cheer parents ask if they could sell doughnuts to raise money toward their cheer packs like football is doing for their new jerseys, and that is fine by us. Just pick up a form when you sign up and sell 60 dozen Krispy Kreme doughnuts between now and 5/4/13 and that will fully pay for your cheer pack. The only difference will be that since the cheer packs are paid directly to Varsity the board would have to re-imburse each parent after the fact. 

Cheer COMPETITION is back and scheduled for 10/13/13. Pigeon Forge will host, time T.B.A.

Cheer uniform fittings have not been scheduled with Varsity yet. When fittings are scheduled we will post the time and date.

Varisty has qouted us the amount for this years Cheer Pack. The cost (depending on shoe size) will be between $177.00 and $185.00. The $15.00 that the board pays towards each Cheer Pack is already figured into that total. This will be collected by Varsity at a date to be determined. This IS NOT DUE at sign-ups.

Several Cheer moms have expressed a desire to hold a swap meet to try to keep down the number of Cheer Packs needed. If this happens we will also post that information asap.
