Tots and Bantams
Practices are held in the Eastern H.S. Wrestling room
Tuesdays & Thursdays: starts 11/14/17
Age Group - Ages - Born - Times
Tots  - 5 & 6  - (2011-2012) - 5:45 – 6:45pm
Bantams - 7 & 8  - (2009-2010) - 7:00 – 8:15pm

Midgets, Juniors & Intermediates
Practices are held in the Eastern H.S. Wrestling room
Mondays & Wednesdays: starts 11/13/17
Age Group  - Ages - Born - Times
Midgets - 9 & 10 - (2007-2008) - 6:30 - 8:00pm
Juniors - 11 & 12  - (2005-2006) - 6:30 - 8:00pm
Intermediates - 13 & 14 - (2003-2004)  - 6:30 - 8:00pm
* Age = Wrestlers age as of 12/31/17
 

The rules you need to know -
1. Please be on time, ready to wrestle.
2. All wrestlers will need wrestling shoes and head gear - no exceptions.
3. Wrestling shoes are only to be worn in the wrestling room.
4. Water is permitted in the wrestling room - Gatorade and any other drinks are not!
5. Wrestlers and Coaches are permitted in the wrestling room - parents are not!
