The Fredericksburg Youth Little League (FBGLL) is a non-profit organization developed to serve the children of Fredericksburg and surrounding communities. The FBGLL is managed by a volunteer Board of Directors, who are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the league within the rules, regulations and policies of Little League.

The objective of the Fredericksburg Youth Little League is to establish the ideals of good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage and respect for authority in the children of our community, so that they may be well-adjusted, stronger and happier children and grow to be good, decent, healthy and trustworthy citizens.

All league personnel, including the elected board members and officers, and each of the managers, coaches, umpires, auxiliary, field workers, etc., are volunteers interested in providing the benefits of a Little League program to the youth of our community. Each volunteer completes an annual volunteer application which is submitted to a national criminal background check to be eligible to participate as a league volunteer.
