Football Coaches Certification Classes
NOTE: Volunteers wishing to certify as Team Parents and first year coaches can also attend this class.
The coaches certification classes are for any person that will be assisting in practice or on the sidelines during games. The course covers basic instruction on how to treat basic injuries, understanding risks, proper training techniques, managing parent relationships and other important skills to adequately manage a team. All new coaches must attend one of these classes and coaches who wish to re-certify can attend one of these classes or go through the online course.
Cost: $40, $50 walk-ins (walk-in registration starts 60 minutes prior)

Cheer & Dance Coaching Certification Classes
The cheerleading coaches certification class are for any person listed on the cheer/dance roster. All Association Cheer & Dance Coordinators, Head Coaches, Asst Coaches, Team Mom, Jr Coaches, Student Demonstrators MUST take this course. Please be advised this course is a HANDS ON COURSE, you must come dressed (sneakers)to learn basic cheerleading stretches, arm movements, and the foundation of basic cheerleading. Mandatory participation is required to pass this course.
The course covers basic instruction on approved techniques, understanding risks, injuries, proper training, managing parent relationships and other important skills to adequately manage a squad.
Cost: $65, $85 for walk-ins (walk-in registration starts 30 minutes prior)
Validity: 2 years for regular coaches, junior coaches and student demonstrators vary

Compliance Training
Compliance training focuses on the management and organization of team books and related documentation. Team parents are highly encouraged to attend this class to become more familiar on the requirements for accurate paperwork.

Cancel An Existing Reservation
Any person that cannot attend a class for which they are already registered must cancel it here and then re-book the class they want. It is each coach's responsibility to ensure they understand the cancellation rules and penalties. Once the registration has closed for the class you registered for, you can NO longer cancel. The cutoff for registrations and cancelling are 3 days before the class at 5PM. Refunds back to a credit card will be done less the PayPal fees charged to MFPW.
