All About the Wildcat Pride

The Wildcat Pride Fastpitch Softball Organization was started in 2003. We are based out of Parma Ohio, and we are a 501(C)(3) non-profit organization. We started our organization to allow girls 18 years and younger who are dedicated and committed, to play competive fast pitch and travel softball. We often have multiple teams in different age groups:

We have girls from all over Northeast Ohio including but not limited to: Medina, Parma, Parma Hts, Amherst, Auburn Towmship, Brook Park, Broadview Hts, Brooklyn Hts, Cleveland, Chagrin Falls, Elyria, Fairview Park, Grafton, Garfield Hts., Independence, Macedonia, North Royalton, Sagamore Hills, Streetsboro, Seven Hills, Solon, Stow, Twinsburg, Warren, Westlake, Massillon, Brunswick, Akron, Canal Fulton, Barberton, Richfield, Wooster, Perry and beyond.

Our teams are able play between 6 to 8 tournaments each year. Some team tournaments may include Fall Tournaments and Winter Tournaments in their schedule. All teams have the option to play fall or winter ball also.
Our organization is host every year during the Memorial Day Weekend to the "SPRING SHOOTOUT" Tournament. This is one of the longest standing tournaments in NEO.

Our 14U, 16u, and 18u teams will play in some college showcase tournaments if so chosen, while mixing in some competative local tournaments as well. Our goal is to teach and advance young players and help them reach their potential
so they can advance on and off the field.

Under A.S.A. rules, age cutoff is January 1st, meaning player’s age on January 1st, 2015 is her age for the 2016 season. We are also classified as an "A" team. We may play in the "A" Nationals or "B" Nationals.

All players and coaches are fully insured. All our coaches are required to get background checks, all head coaches are ACE certified and concussion certified. Plus most assistant coaches also.
Try-outs and Player Registration will begin in August with indoor practices starting in January / February for some, others may play a winter ball schedule.
Cost to play for 2015 / 2016 is $670.00. Fees include tournament entrance fees, umpire fees, equipment, indoor practice fees, coaching and administration fees and more. We offer a full fee breakdown to committed players. Of this fee $520.00 can be paid in 4 installments or through sponsorship. Once you and your parent or guardian sign the commitment forms and accept a roster position with us you only need to pay the $150.00 registration / commitment fee within 72 hours of acceptance. A fee payment schedule will be provided. Almost all tournaments are close within 1 to 2 hours driving distance.
Team Uniform cost $150 is separate from the players fee. Which will include a minimum of 2 Jerseys, 2 Pants, 2 pairs socks & belt if needed.
Fundraising and sponsorship is an option to help reduce costs
All families are asked to participate in at least 1 fundraiser.
If you have any questions contact: Frank Sara email:

The players fees can be offset with private sponsorship to cover the entire fee.
Ask how this can work for you and your sponsor.
