Rice Lake Youth Baseball is not a government body. Wisconsin Open Meeting Law does not apply. Meeting agendas and prior meeting minutes are not posted for public viewing but are available upon request. RLYBA does welcome public appearances at our board meetings. In respect of time, anyone requesting to speak at a board meeting must submit a request in writing to ricelakebaseball@live.com a minimum of 5 days prior to meeting dates.
