WELCOME TO OUR SPRING 2024 SEASON!

Our league would like to welcome our new and returning players for our Spring 2024 Season! Please take a moment to read all the important information below. The information we are providing will ensure that you have an enjoyable and memorable time with your children as they embark for another great season with our league. Thank you and good luck during the upcoming season!

REMINDERS TO COACHES & PARENTS

Listed below are a few reminders in order for us to maintain a positive environment for our children:

Sideline Coaching: Although we recognize that it is sometimes difficult, we would like to advise the spectators to keep sideline coaching to a minimum. Instructions to players should come from the coaches, not parents. Parents are highly recommended instead to encourage and support the players. Our league will not tolerate abusive or insulting comments from spectators directed towards any of the players, referees or coaches.

Sportsmanship: Coaches and players shake hands after the match or for the younger players, parents setup a tunnel for the kids to run through.

Playing Time: All players must play at least half of the time. The only exceptions are if a player is ill or injured but the coach must notify the referee and the opposing coach of the situation. Limiting playing time may be used as part of a disciplinary action.

Referee Abuse: Verbal abuse of our referees will NOT be tolerated.

Litter: Coaches and team parents are responsible for cleaning their areas after each match or training session.

As always, we would like to remind everyone that we're about "KIDS HAVING FUN!"

PARKING PLACARDS AT PRIDE PARK

Vehicles are required to have our league parking placards displayed on the rear view mirror to park at Pride Park. The placard is required in order to discourage visitors who are playing at the Schertz Soccer Complex from parking at Pride Park. Placards have been issued to coaches who are coaching Under-11 thru Under-19 teams. Parents will need to contact their child’s coach to request a free parking placard.

NO PETS ALLOWED

Due to safety and sanitary reasons, pets (to include emotional support animals) are not permitted at Pride or Thulemeyer Parks. Only “service dogs” with proper credentials are allowed. Service dogs must be leashed at all times.

VOLUNTEER BADGES

Badges will be issued by our league to all coaches who have cleared our background check. Coaches can pickup their badge at our league headquarters at Thulemeyer Park. Coaches must wear their badge at all times at both Pride Park and Thulemeyer Park. Coaches not wearing a badge will be asked to leave the field immediately. Coaches allowing another individual to use their badge will be subject to disciplinary action, to include suspension and being banned from the league.

TEAM PHOTOS

Team photo services will be provided by Bailey Christian Sports Photography.? We have rescheduled team photos for the following age groups:

SATURDAY, APRIL 13, 2024

THULEMEYER PARK:? UNDER-4, UNDER-5, UNDER-6, UNDER-7, UNDER-8,?UNDER-9,?UNDER-10 (MAKEUP DATE)
PRIDE PARK:? UNDER-11, UNDER-12, UNDER-13, UNDER-14, UNDER-18

Please have your team arrive at least one hour prior to your scheduled match time to have your team photos taken.? If you have any questions regarding the team photos, contact Bailey Christian Sports Photography at 830-266-9902.
