Alex Fancher is in his second year as JV coach at Susquehannock High School.  He was the Assistant Varsity coach in 2016-2017 and has coached with York Thunder for 3 seasons.  Alex played high school basketball at Susquehannock graduating in 2012, played 1 year of college basketball at Valley Forge Military College 2012-2013, and served in the U.S. Army 2013-2016.  He is currently a Junior at York College of PA.

Hunter Elliott is a Susquehannock High School and Shippensburg University Graduate.   He has been involved with coaching in the Warrior Youth Basketball Program for the past 8 years.  He has also been a Junior High Coach in the Susquehannock Girls program.  He is married to Brigette and has 2 daughters and 1 son.

Terry Fancher is in his 11th year as Director of the York Thunder Basketball organization. He has been a head coach for York Thunder, Courage Boys and Mavericks Girls AAU teams for 9 years and was an assistant coach for the Susquehannock boys Junior High. He also coached both boys and girls teams in the York Youth Basketball Travel A League for 7 years. Terry is married to wife Donna, has a son Alex who served 3 years in the U.S. Army and is a junior at York College and daughter Makenzie who graduated from Christopher Newport University.  He is a graduate of York College of PA.

Mark Miller has over thirty (30) years of coaching experience including eleven (11) years as Susquehannock High School’s Head Boys’ Junior High Coach and five (5) years as a Boys’ Assistant Varsity Coach under Wayne McCullough, York Thunder AAU, York Youth Basketball League and Southern York County Boys’ Club.  As Susquehannock’s Head Boys’ Junior High Coach, his teams won four (4) YAIAA Division II Championships.  For the past (8) years, he has coached girls in the York Youth Basketball League and York Thunder AAU.  Mark works for BAE Systems Land and Armaments as an Electrical/Electronics Functional Engineering Manager and a Vetronics Integrated Product Team Lead.

Rodney Womack is a Susquehannock High School Graduate.  He has coached in the Warrior Youth Basketball program for the past 9 years and an a Head or Assistant Coach with York Thunder for the last 6 years.  His is married to Lauren and has two daughters.

Vince Verzolini is in his 3nd season as head coach of the Kennard Dale boys 9th grade team.  Vince has coached with York Thunder for 8 years and has also coached various youth sports for over 19 years.  Vince coached in the York Youth Basketball league for both Boys and Girls Junior and Senior Travel. Prior to York Thunder, he also coached AAU for York Unity Girls. Vince and his wife Robin live in Stewartstown with their two Children.

Jim Rhoads has coached High School Basketball for 29 years and is in his 17th year as Head Varsity Boys Coach at Hereford High School.  Jim was voted the Baltimore County Coach of the Year in 2012 and 1998 and was selected as the Coach of the Year in the state of Maryland in 2000.  Jim has also spoken at numerous camps and clinics, directed his own basketball camps each summer and has coached Hereford Travel basketball for the past 4 seasons.
