BULLDOGS 75 BANANA SLUGS 47
Bulldogs show they are the top team in the Big Sky Conference, defeat the team behind them in the standings, 75-47. Bulldogs put on a shooting clinic as they connected on 13 three's. Lionel Mercedes had a team best 19 points, including 3 three's. Dominic Christie had one of his best shooting nights as he hit 5 three's and finished with 15 points. Rob Cheeks scored 13, Mohamad Elnaggar added 10, Mike Tapia netted 7, Mark Alicea scored 6, and Edgar Pacheco added 5 in the win. Mike Rizzo led the Slugs with 21 2nd half points, while Pat McMonagle scored 10, Tom Keating added 6, Glen Stanul scored 4, Pat McGrath netted 3, and Dave Neshiwat & Chris Keating each scored a bucket in the loss.
BADGERS 80 WARRIORS 74
Badgers have 4 players in double figures as they held off a feisty Warriors squad, 80-74. Arujo led the Badgers with 27 points, including 7 three's. The Dolaghan brothers contributed 40 points, and Bradley finished with 10. Ricky Hoffman continues to have a nice season for the Warriors as he finished with a game high 28 points. Assaf Abdelaltif scored 20, Danny Bock netted 7, Andy Hernandez scored 6, and Jon Hernandez and Mike Rizk each scored 5 in defeat.
PIRATES 59 ORANGEMEN 47
Jarrod Hinton scored 22 to lead the Pirates to a much needed win over the Orangemen, 59-47. Chris Pime added 12 as did Cory Rice in the victory. Tim Ishman led the Orangemen with 18. Jon Weaver scored 12, Frank Gilmore netted 11, and Marq Barron scored 4 in the loss.
DUKE 72 WILDCATS 70
Pete Williams hits a game winning shot at the buzzer in overtime, to defeat the Wildcats, 72-70. Williams would finish with 13 points. Frank Ajosa, Jr. netted 14 points, including 4 three's, Dan Ross had a team high 24 points, including 3 three's. Ben Martinez added 8 and Anthony Amadeo 2. Danny DeJesus had a huge game for the Wildcats as he scored 26 points, including 4 three's. Kareem Taylor scored 9, Josh Abreau added 6, Sean Caldwell netted 4, Matt Dragone scored 3, Jand Jay Ramirez added 3.
