WINGS EXPLODE IN TONAWANDA..Buffalo Wings 14 Tonawanda All Stars 2..Tim Klein had the complete game victory.The Wings mercy ruled a team older than themselves.Jon Eric Banach was 2 for 3 with a homer and 4 RBIs,Ethan Rog was 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs,Dave Nelson was 1 for 1 with a double and 2 RBIs,Adam Spilsbury was 1 for 1 with 2 RBIs,Aaron Crowley was 1 for 2 with a RBI,Tim Klein was 1 for 3 with a RBI and Phil Ryan was 2 for 2 with a RBI.(8/15/03)
THE THRILLA IN MANILLA..Lou Gehrig Red 5 Buffalo Wings 4..Two of the finest teams in Western NY played in a pressure packed game down to the last inning.Aaron Crowley was 1 for 1 with a suicide squeeze bunt RBI in the the 6th to tie Lou Gehrig.Chris Larson was 1 for 3 with a RBI and Jon Eric Banach got a RBI.This was a see-saw battle till the exciting end.(8/10/03)
THE WINGS MERCY RULE SOUTH CHEEKTOWAGA AND ADVANCE IN TOURNAMENT..Buffalo Wings 17 South Cheektowaga Red Devils 1..Tim Klein got the win.The Wings collected an amazing 18 hits in the 5 inning mercy ruled game.Jonathan VanRemmen was 3 for 3 with a RBI,Tim Klein was 3 for 4 with a double and a triple and 3 RBIs,Jon Eric Banach was 2 for 3 with 3 RBIs,Dave Nelson was 2 for 3 with a triple and a RBI,Aaron Crowley was 1 for 2 with 2 RBIs,Tom Hull was 2 for 3 with a RBI,Adam Spilsbury was 1 for 2 with a RBI,Chris Larson was 1 for 3 with a RBI,John Schwarzenholzer had a RBI and Eric Pochylski was 2 for 2.The Wings guarantee themselves to play in the final four in the Buffalo Wings End Of Summer Bash Tournament!(8/8/03)

Tom Hull pitched hitless 4 innings for the win and went 2 for 2 with a RBI,Dave Nelson was 2 for 4 with a triple and 3 RBIs,John Schwarzenholzer was 2 for 3 with a RBI,Aaron Crowley got a RBI and Eric Pochylski was 1 for 1.The Wings struggled with shaky defense but came out on top.(8/6/03)
THE WINGS EDGE FAIRPORT TO MOVE ON IN PLAYOFF HUNT..Buffalo Wings 7 Fairport 5..Tom Hull got the win and Adam Spilsbury was the star of the game getting the Wings out of a jam in the 6th inning to close the door with a save.Jon Eric Banach got the only Wings RBI.Buffalo made use of their 6 stolen bases to move on to Batavia on Thursday.(7/30/03)
BUFFALO TOTALLY STOMPS MEL OTT TO WIN LEWISTON PORTER TOURNAMENT!..Buffalo Wings 15 Mel Ott 2..The Wings win their second trophy of the year by completely dominating Mel Ott in the final game.Tim Klein got the win,Adam Spilsbury was 1 for 1 with 3 RBIs,Jonathan VanRemmen was 2 for 5 with 2 RBIs,Nick Nolder was 2 for 4 with 2 RBIs,Dave Nelson was 1 for 4 with a RBI,Ross Cicero was 2 for 4 with a RBI.All 11 Wings that played scored at least a run.(7/27/03)
OUR WINGS TOPPLE THEIR WINGS!..Buffalo Wings 11 Webster Wings 9..With a meaningless game on the line,Buffalo played sloppy defense and still prevailed.Hull got the win in relief and Spilsbury the save.Tim Klein was 3 for 4 with a triple and 2 RBIs,John Schwarzenholzer was 1 for 3 with 3 RBIs,Phil Ryan was 1 for 4 with 2 RBIs,Dave Nelson was 2 for 4 with a RBI,Nick Nolder was 1 for 3 with a RBI,Jon Eric Banach was 1 for 3 with a RBI,Adam Spilsbury was 1 for 1 with a RBI, and Aaron Crowley went 2 for 2 to make his weekend hitting streak a torrid 8 for 9 with an additional 9 walks!He's been on base 17 out of the last 18 ABs the past 6 games.(7/27/03)
THE WINGS FLY HIGH AND WIN A SATURDAY TRIPLE-HEADER!Buffalo Wings 11 Lewiston All Stars 5,Buffalo Wings 11 Mel Ott 6,Buffalo Wings 13 Wilson 0..The Wings advance to the Sunday finals in the Lewiston Porter 2003 tournament..Buffalo earned the #1 seed.The Wings collected 35 runs and 33 hits in the Saturday 3 game affair.The Wings stold 17 bases on Saturday.(7/26/03)

Buffalo Wings 8 Cayuga 6..Adam Spilsbury picked up the win in relief,Ross Cicero was 2 for 4 with the game winning 2 RBIs in the bottom of the 6th.Nick Nolder was 2 for 3 with 2 RBIs,Jonathan VanRemmen was 2 for 3 with a RBI,Dave Nelson was 2 for 3 with a RBI,John Schwarzenholzer was 1 for 3 with a RBI.This was the ugliest win of the year for the Wings and was the first game of the Lewiston Tournament, near Niagara Falls.(7/24/03)

THE BUFFALO WINGS ARE BLAZIN HOT IN CLEVELAND!..Buffalo Wings 6 Middleburgh Heights 3..Buffalo Wings 15 Wadsworth Grizzlies 0..Buffalo Wings 9 Parma Thunder 0.The Wings advanced to the final 4 in the 14 team tournament and finally lost to the Eastside Thunder of Akron Ohio in the bottom of the 7th, 6-5.That same Ohio team ended up winning the whole tournament.That showed how close the Wings were.This was the Parma 4th of July tournament in Cleveland,Ohio.(7/6/00)

Adam Spilsbury pitched a 6 inning scoreless gem and only gave up 3 hits.Tom Hull came in for the save.Jon Eric Banach was 1 for 3 with a RBI, and Nick Nolder got a RBI.The Wings move to 3 and 0.They swept the quality Road Dogs by giving up only one run in 2 games!(6/17/03)
