Homecoming Parade OCt 16th We will meet at 4:00 pm at the corner of Electric and Northpark. We will leave at approximately 5:00.
Grades!! if you need help speak-up! Don't wait until its to late!
Be sure you are eating lunch and getting plenty to drink on practice days, you all work hard and we want you HEALTHY!
Its FLU season, take care of your self, wash your hands often, do not share drinks, take your vitamins and get a flu shoot!

Picture Day

Pictures are mandatory for CHS cheerleaders! (you do not have to purchase them but you have to take them, our team picture will be used in the yearbook)
Picture will be taken at the corner of Shandian Hills Circle and Ridge Line Drive, outside the Stater Brothers parking lot.
Shooting starts at 2:00 pm be ready and on time.
Pictures are $10.00 you will receive a cd that contains all your pictures in high quality and professionally edited. You can print as many as you wish. I suggest taking the cd to Wal-mart, Sams or Cosco.

THE FLU!!
Our squad has been hit hard with one form of flu or the other. It seems now that we have a case Swine Flu. The flu is contagious for seven days. With that said we will be taking a seven day break. We will not meet the week of October 19-22nd . We will be cheering on Friday the 23rd but if you are sick we ask that you do not attend this game. During the break I encourage you all to catch up on your homework, get LOTS of rest and fluids. I do want to stay in contact so on Wednesday at 4 pm if you do not have Twitter on your phone I would like you to be at a computer signed on and ready to tweet. I will be taking role via Twitter, So be available, this is a normal practice day and time and should not be an issue for anyone to make arrangements to be on.
I hope this break does everyone some good, when we get back we will began our competition routine’s

Community Service Pep Rally
On October 9th the Cajon Cheerleaders kicked off their year of service with a community service rally in the Cowboy gym. The cheerleaders entertained the crowd for over an hour, with their own routines and those of little cheerleader from our community. They collected over 100 jackets and tons of canned food for those in need. Mayor Pat Morris office recognized their efforts and rewarded them with a certificated of apparition. CHS cheer captain Sam R spoke to the crowed about the need for service, and what being a part of a community means. Special guest Pastor David from the Branch Church shared a story of service and Diane from Frazzee community center talked about the need of many in our community. The Cajon Cheerleaders will continue to find ways to serve throughout the 2009- 2010 school year.

Be at Cajon at 5:15!!! There is no drinks (water only) allowed in the San G stadium. You may bring a water bottle with you name on it (that is the only way) No cheer boxes and no food allowed.
