         Class Registration Form
    Classes are an 55 minutes each.

    ALL CLASS FEE'S ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

    Tuition
    1 class/week - $50/month)
    2 classes/week - $90/month
    3 classes/week - $120/month

    Registration Fee:
    $50 (Valid through April 2010)

    Class Sibling Discount:
    10% for 1st sibling
    20% for 2nd sibling

    Please fill out the Registration form found on the link above and bring it with you to your first class. (Or you can pick up a registration form at the gym.)
