Not all of the 'Playing Rules and Policies' that govern the game of baseball are detailed in this ICBA document. Any rule or policy described herein shall take precedence over any and all other published rules or policies. If a rule is NOT found in this document, then the 'OBA Constitution, Playing Rules and Regulations' shall apply next. These can be found on the OBA website at:

OBA Pitching Rule P2-10
The Inter County Baseball association uses the OBA Pitching rule P2-10 section "p" for the coming season. This rule states that a player in Minor or Major Mosquito and Peewee may not pitch and catch in the same game. The other pitching rule of note is section "o" (i,ii,iii) a player may not pitch on 3 (three) consecutive days.

A re-occurring item that has come to our attention this spring is how many innings must be played before a game is a game? We use Rule 4.10 (c) of the official rules of Baseball to interpret an official game. If a game is called after 5 innings or 4 1/2 innings if the home team is ahead it is an official game. Any thing less than the above is called no game and must be replayed in its entirety.
