• Offensive and defensive technique and skills will be taught with 7 on 7 games held at end of each session in Little J-Hawk Football Camp.

• Staffs for both programs will include J-Hawk Football League Coaches, metro area Football Coaches and former College Players & Coaches.

• The Winning Edge program will be held at the new UHS Stadium (Frerichs Field) which has a new artificial turf field surface and running track.

• Both programs are not limited to Urbandale school enrolled children.  Anyone from any town or community is welcome to attend. 

FOOTBALL PRESEASON CONDITIONING & STRENGTH PROGRAM

• WHO – Open to all 2009-10 4^th through 8^th grade children. 
• TIME FRAME – Monday, July 6^th through Friday, August 7^th. 
• WHEN – 3 days a week; Monday, Wednesday & Friday; 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. NOTE - First 2 sessions ONLY (July 6^th & 8^th) will run from 5:30 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. 
• WHERE – Frerichs Field (Urbandale High School Football Stadium), 7111 Aurora Ave. 
• REQUIRED EQUIPMENT – None. Participants are encouraged to wear t-shirts, shorts or sweat pants, and cleats and bring water to each session.
• COST - $20 per participant.  Each participant will receive a "Winning Edge" program t-shirt.

2009 LITTLE J-HAWK FOOTBALL CAMP

• WHO – Open to all 2009-10 4^th through 8^th grade children. 
• WHEN – Monday through Thursday; August 10, 11, 12 & 13^th; 6:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. 
• WHERE – At Webster Elementary School located at 12955 Aurora Avenue, Urbandale, Iowa. 
• REQUIRED EQUIPMENT – None. Campers are encouraged to wear t-shirts, shorts or sweat pants, and cleats and bring water to each session. 
• COST - $25 per camper. Each camper will receive a “Little J-Hawk Football Camp” t-shirt.
