General Eligibility
Players can play up a grade, but never down a grade. Therefore, a team with all 7th graders and one 8th grader, must play in the 8th grade division. (no exceptions).
Sportsmanship:
Good sportsmanship is a fundamental league requirement for all athletes, coaches and supporters. Officials, athletes, coaches and supporters must all treat each other with respect and dignity. No abusive language by coaches, athletes, or supporters will be tolerated. Coaches will be held responsible for the conduct of their athletes and supporters. Technical fouls and/or ejection from the facility may result from inappropriate behavior! Let’s all try to maintain a positive atmosphere for the sake of the athletes!
Playing Games as Scheduled:
In fairness to all teams in our league, it is essential that all teams show up for their scheduled games. If for some unavoidable reason a team cannot be present for its game, it will be the coach’s responsibility to arrange for another league team to take its place. Trading game dates and times between consenting coaches is permitted. Missed games will not be rescheduled! Failure to comply with the above may result in the following: First offense: Your team may be required to give one of your upcoming games to the team that you forfeited to. Second Offense: Your team may be dropped from the league without refund.
