This is the Board Member schedule for Fall 2009, if you cannot do your board duty it will be up to you to have your day covered by another board member. You must arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled game time. Below are the primary duties of the board member on duty.
•Get game balls ready for the umpires, one new and one used for the week day, and two new ones on the weekend. Balls will be in the back of the concession stand. Only two balls for each field no more. Balls need to be turned back in.
•Make sure scoreboards are turned on at lighting control panel, and plugged in up stairs in the scorekeeping area.
•Make sure bases are in the right place for the age group on the field.
•Make sure umpires are logged in before each game. If umpires are not there 15 minutes before game time calls Matt or Dan.
•Handle any rule conflict that may arise during any game.
•Turn lights on at dusk.
•After game make sure all balls are put in the used ball bucket in the back of the concession stand.
•Help Concession Coordinator count money
•Make sure all lights are turned off by 10:30 at the latest.
•Check all upstairs windows, to make sure they are closed.
•Make sure all scoreboards are turned off
•Make sure all doors are locked

Remember Board Members if you are going to swap with another board member or someone is going to take your position for any reason then email the webmaster so it can be changed on the roster. This is the roster the city and the board will be going to for any issues.
