Kids First Sports Baseball is governed by Major League Baseball Rules except where modified by Kids First Sports Local Rules.  Kids First Sports Fastpitch Softball is governed by NCAA Softball rules except where modified by Kids First Sports Local Rules.  Kids First Sports League Rules supercede both MLB and NCAA softball rules as provided in the Kids First Sports Rulebook.  In the event of a discrepancy or other lack of clarity, the Kids First Sports, Inc. Board of Directors shall possess the final say on rules and operations of all Kids First Sports, Inc. divisions.
