Our coaching staff consists soley of volunteers. Each squad will be assigned one Head Coach, one Assistant Coach and two squad parents whenever possible.

While a background in cheer is helpful, it is not necessary. We do require that all coaching applicants enjoy working with children and will take their volunteer responsibility seriously. All coaches will be required to submit to a background check prior to the season starting and will be interviewed prior to their selection.

Coaches will be required to attend all practices, all games, all coaches meetings, seminars/clinics and should be prepared to coach the entire season. Coaches of the Blue squads will also be required to help choreograph a preliminary competition routine and attend all competitions.
