Land of Lincoln Junior Olympic Softball, Inc. is an organization promoting girls softball in Sangamon and surrounding Counties.  The organization is affiliated with the Amateur Softball Association (A.S.A.), the governing body for softball in the United States and the Olympic development program.  The organization provides instruction for participants, coaches, and umpires, as well as facilities at which teams may play league and tournament games.

The facility the organization operates is a youth sports complex consisting of seven lighted softball diamonds; centrally located concession stand with press box, restrooms and umpires' lounge; maintenance building and parking lot.
