Tournament Refund Policy
Tournament Refund / Rainout Policy
No games played = 100% refund, less $35.00 administration fee
1 game started = 50% refund, less $35.00 administration fee
2 games started = No refund
All team gate fees or daily gate individual fees are non-refundable once the tournament has begun (1 game started).
Refunds can be applied to the next tournament or will be processed within 3 weeks of the tournament being completed.
Teams dropping out of the tournmament after schedules are published on the web site will not receive a refund unless a replacement team is found to fill the team spot.
