If you are not officially designated as a Team Reporter, but are willing to help out with any of the above for your team, please contact admin@metropreps.com  for a logon and password.   

 

If you are not a designated Team Reporter, but would like to be:  please fill out the Team Reporter form found on the "Online Forms" link.  We will need reporters for teams at all levels:  Varsity, JV, Reserve and Frosh.  Reporters can be coaches, parents or responsible students / players.  Once you receive your password from us, we ask that you fill out the information listed above for your team. 

 

Team Reporters:  if you were a designated MetroPreps Team Reporter for your team during the summer of 2007, we would like to request your assistance with a couple of items pertaining to your team for spring 2008. 

First, please confirm that you are going to serve as Team Reporter for your team by clicking on the Online Forms link on the Main Menu and filling out the "Team Reporter Information Form."

Next, please see the Team Reporter training site, www.metroprepsreporter.com for a refresher on how to log on to the Admin Menu.  Your username is the same.  I've given everyone the same temporary password:  2008.  (If that doesn't work, you might try "2020")  After you log in, you can change your password to whatever you want.

These are the items that we'll need your assistance with (see training site for instructions):

1.  Review "Team Information" on Team Page for accuracy.  Please provide us with a logo if you'd like to have one on there.

2.  Enter Team Roster

3.  Enter Ballfield Location Information for your home field.

4.  Enter Tournament information for any Invitational Tournaments that your team will be hosting.  (If your team is not hosting, but you have the bracket information, please email it to me.)  

5.  It would be great if you would use the "Report Your Scores" form on the "Online Forms" link to report your team's scores to us.  That will give us the ability to get scores on quickly rather than waiting for the newspapers.
