Volleyball Festival Reno, Nevada
June 28, 2008 --
The dates for Festival 2008 are June 28th-July 3rd.
We realize that the USAV Aloha Region season has just begun; however I need commitments from players & parents, along with a deposit to participate in the upcoming Volleyball Festival in Reno, NV which is scheduled for June 28, 2008 through July 4, 2008. Planning, player/parent commitment, and cost factors need to be addressed now.
The Volleyball Festival requires a first payment of $610 due by 2/15/07. With this requirement Na 'Opio is requiring a deposit of $100 from each player. This deposit of $100 will be refunded if we are unable to field a team. The deadline for the Na 'Opio deposit is Sunday, 1/13/07; no exceptions. Should we miss the VBall Festival Deadline on 2/15/07; the $610 1st payment increases to $710.
A second payment of $60 per player is due by 4/15/07. Again, should we miss the 2nd deadline the player 2nd payment increase to $70. Please realize that these fees are just for a team to register & enter the tournament. Currently, we estimate the total cost to be $1700 per player. Costs may increase between now and June taking into consideration basic economy fluctuation. Though, we have submitted a deadline of Sunday, 1/13/07; your earlier response will be greatly appreciated. Your immediate Kokua in that matter is requested. Mahalo
