The Athletic Participation Form must be completed and submitted to Mr. Felce before your student can participate in fall conditioning or spring tryouts. There are a total of 11 pages in this paperwork. You must also purchase Student Accident Insurance before turning paperwork in. END-OF-SEASON AWARDS BANQUET:
On Sunday, June 2, 2013 at 3:00 PM - This year's EOS Awards Banquet will be held at the Countryside Country Club. Please calendar this date now. Ticket prices for parents, siblings, and other guests as well as other information will follow at a later date. However, please plan on a slightly higher ticket price than last year.
