The boundaries were reviewed and agreed to by each league at the November 2006 DE state Babe Ruth/Cal Ripken meeting. The main changes are that Piedmont boundaries now include the Arundel development area (the area between Rt 7 and McKennan's Church by the Delcastle Golf Course), and the area NW of the Rt 48 and Rt 141 intersection (includes area around Tatnall and AI DuPont High Schools).
