Class Descriptions
Beginner
Our beginner tumbling is for most ages and the basic tumbling skills will be taught: forward and backwards rolls, bridges and bridge kick over, cartwheel, round-off rebound, front handspring, and handstand snap down rebound. There are no tumbling skill requirements to be in this class.
Intermediate
The intermediate tumbling class is also for most ages, but you must have your round-off rebound and handstand snap down rebound to advance to this class. A coach will evaluate you before placement is made. The skills that will be taught in this class are a standing back handspring and the round-off back handspring. Multiple back handsprings will also be taught at this level once you have learned how to do one back handspring.
Advanced
Our advanced tumbling class is for students of most ages who have a round-off and three back handsprings. You also must be evaluated before advancing to this class. Standing and running tumbling will be taught in this class along with a back tuck, layout, full and many other specialty tricks.
Elementary Tumble and Cheer
This class is for ages 7 and under. Half of the class will be basic tumbling skills: forward and backwards rolls, bridges, cartwheels and round-offs, and the other half will be basic cheerleading skills: motions, jumps, and chants. No requirements / skills are required to be in this class.
Cheer Technique
Our cheer tech. is for ages 8 and older and is used to learn your basic cheerleading skills needed for school try-outs, or just to have fun. You will learn motions, and the correct motion technique along with jumps, chants and cheers. There are no skills required to enroll in this class. It is great to help with school cheerleading try-outs.
