Located in the center of Pinellas County, PONY Baseball, an acronym for Protect Our Nation’s Youth, provides quality youth baseball to boys and girls ages 3-16. If you are interested in an extremely organized league that allows players to develop to their fullest potential through dedicated coaching and top quality competition, then PONY Baseball at Davis Field is the league for you.

What are the advantages of PONY Baseball?
- Centrally Located in Pinellas County
- No Boundaries - everyone in Pinellas County is eligible
- Real baseball starting at age 9 with lead-offs, pitching from the stretch, balks, dropped 3rd strike - all the Major League Rules
- 2 year age divisions
- Age specific field sizes
- We offer the only Pre-tee league in Pinellas County (Ages 3-4)
- Equitable distribution of players for evenly matched teams
- Official, paid umpires
- Quality coaches participate in coaches workshop
- Ages 5 and up eligible for post-season play
- All star teams and top regular season teams participate in local and Tampa tournaments
- All Star Teams, beginning at age 5, can advance to the World Series
- Dual franchised with Dizzy Dean Baseball to double the post-season and tournament opportunities
- Competitive traveling teams beginning at age 7
- Developmental division for 9-12 year olds that do not make the traveling teams
- New batting cages
- City maintained fields, many with grass infields
- Season runs February through May with All-Star Tournaments beginning in June
