Each Participant Age 5-15, is asked to participate in one or more fundraisers for our league. Our Fundraisers for Flag and Might Mite will go toward the end of the year party and trophies. If you do not do any fund raising you will be asked to purchase your child’s portion of the events. Fund Raising dollars also go to helmets, jerseys, and to recondition and stock old equipment. Without our fund raisers our organization could not survive. Please note the collection dates. Money may be turned in early but will not be processed or ordered until the date listed.
JPW, Midget Cheer, Football and Dance- All money collected will be put in an account for your child; if there team makes Regional or National Level. Cheer and Dance Teams are reminded we are automatically qualified for Regional, and have gone to Nationals the last two years. If you are new to our teams, Regional Hotel stays are about 100.00 per night, and Nationals run about 450.00 per person for the week. Each Participant should be prepared to go to both of these events. If your child’s team does not qualify, all monies will be donated to a team that does.
Magazine Sales-
This is my favorite fund raiser. For each subscription sold, for 20.00, 10.00 goes toward your child’s account, or your child’s team. I really want people to look at this one, for just 20.00 you can get an entire year of ESPN magazine. 26 ISSUES! Other magazines included are Better Homes, Ebony, Fitness, Redbook, TV guide, Martha Stuart Living, full one year subscriptions! These are just an example of the great deals you will find, in our Magazine Fund raiser. The first collection date for Magazines will be September 20th. The second collection will be on October 20th.
Cookie Dough-
Another great fundraiser! Our Cookie Dough Fundraiser works like this, Tubs of cookie dough are 12.00 each. 6.00 per tub go towards your child’s team, or your child’s account. (JPW and up). If your child’s team does not make Regional, or National level all money will be donated to another team. Cookie Dough is a great seller, and is EASY to sell. The first collection date for cookie dough will be October 23rd, 2008.
Brax Spirit Cups-
A real Pop Warner favorite and easy to sell. The spirit cups are 12.00 per 3 cup sleeve. For each set sold 4.00 goes towards are organization. The collection date for spirit cups will be October 20th.
School Wide Hot Lunches-
Please support our school wide hot lunches. Volunteers needed every Friday at 10:30 in the Middle School all purpose room.
