2009 Registration
Must bring-
- Copy of ORIGINAL birth certificate
- 2x2 PICTURE wearing no hats or sunglasses
- 08-09 final report card **SHOWING ALL FOUR QUARTERS**
2009 POP WARNER PHYSICAL dated after January 1, 2009
FALL SEASON will begin August 1st and run through the end of October and possibly into November for teams that advance to regionals.
We expect all teams to fill up fast and so you are encouraged to REGISTER EARLY to ensure a spot on the 09 FALL teams
