DEAR COMMUNITY PARTNER,
We would like to invite you to partner with us this year by becoming a Green Hornets Baseball Sponsor, and help us continue to provide over 1,200 kids in the Severna Park area with the highest quality youth baseball program in Anne Arundel County.
Green Hornets Baseball is dependent on contributions from organizations and businesses like yours to enable us to provide the programs and maintain the facilities necessary for this invaluable experience for our community's youth. We invite you to consider sponsoring one of our In-House Teams representing kids from ages 4-1/2 to 18 years old. Sponsorships funds will go toward team uniforms, equipment, umpire fees, and especially field maintenance and improvements. Our goal is to provide a high-quality yet affordable baseball program for all our youth. We deny no child the opportunity to play. The following levels of sponsorships are available:
BASIC SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
1. Base Hit Package: A $350 donation will sponsor one team with the following benefits:
• Team Banner: Green
Hornets will have a professionally printed vinyl banner made including your company name, logo, and contact information. We will
display your banner at Kinder Park for both the Spring and Fall baseball seasons.
• Opening Day Ceremonies: You will have the option of representing your company as part of our Opening Day ceremonies in April.
• Team Photo: You will receive a framed Team Photo in recognition of your support for your team.
(NOTE: If there is a specific child or team that you would like to sponsor, please indicate so on the downloadable form. This will be on a first-come, first serve basis, but we will make every effort to honor your request.)
2. Home Run Package: For a donation of $450 you will receive the benefits of the Base Hit Package plus a web site banner ad with your company name and logo to be displayed all season on this website.
3. Grand Slam Package: For a donation of $550 you will become a select sponsor. You will receive all of the above combinations, plus premier ad placement in Opening Day Player Packs, expanded detail in your website banner ad, and more. Contact one of our sponsorship committee members for details.
4. Green Hornets Baseball
Partner Level: For a 1-year ($1,250) commitment, or a 3-year ($3000) commitment, you will receive ALL of the benefits of the three packages above, as well as MORE player pack inserts, MORE web
privileges, and MORE exposure on the field with a stand-alone 4’ x 8’ banner on

ADDITIONAL SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
• Hardship Sponsorship: An additional donation of any amount given to this fund goes directly to kids who would otherwise not be able to participate in Green Hornets Baseball due to financial hardships.
• Facilities Improvement Fund: An additional donation of any amount given to this fund will go directly to the improvements of our baseball fields and facilities. We have identified the following improvement projects:
• Upgraded dugouts;
• Ongoing baseball field maintenance and improvements;
