    Team Moms,

Thank you for supporting your child and the TYF organization. The position of Team Mom is very important to the program and your child’s team. You help keep everyone organized. You are a liaison to the booster organization, the director, and your head coach. The time you devote to the team and the TYF program is very much appreciated. Below are listed some of the responsibilities that the Team Mom has. If you have any questions or need any help please fill free to contact me at sbb4@sbcglobal.net.

    1. **For Tackle Football Only** Finding 3 volunteers to run the chains at all home games----right on the field ---best seat in the house. (The kids cannot play if there is no one willing to run the chains.) Please turn in a list of your volunteers to the concession stand.

    2. Rounding up concession help from your team to cover games and practices.

Saturday: Help needed for all home games (encourage parents to sign up early so they can have their 1st choice)

    3. Collecting money and paper work for the boosters. To cut down on the amount of paper work passing through you will need to be the central contact person for your team.

    4. Making sure that some one is taking pictures of the team for the year- book. We want to make sure that everyone is represented at the end of the year so start early.

    5. Coordinating volunteer time. You will need to check in with Sara Skraba on Mondays to see which families on your team have qualified to have their volunteer deposits returned.

    6. Organizing a snack list. You will need to check with your coach about this. Some teams bring snacks after games some do not.

***Please keep in mind that our concession stand as well as the concession of the other teams is a main source of revenue for the programs. Supporting concessions at home and away helps support the football activities of the entire Buckeye Youth Football Conference.

Thank you for all you do,
    Sarah Boggs & TYF Boosters
