2009 Folkstyle Season
Novice Group (Less than 3 years experience)
Practice begins November 3rd.
Tuedsays: 5:30-6:30
6:30-7:00 optional Open mat time
Thursdays: 5:30-6:30 drilling
6:30-7:00 live wrestling
Advanced Group (3 years experience and above)
Mondays: 6-8PM
Wednesdays: 6-8PM
Thursdays: 6:30-8:00 PM Live wrestling
Tuesdays: 6:30-8:00 optional open Mat time
Other Practices:
Grappling Practice (contact Coach Al for Info)
Friday: 6:00-8:00 (Age 10 and above or coach Al's approval)
(If you are a wrestler from another club and want to continue to wrestle for your home club but wish to train with us 1 night or more a week, your fee is a $125.00 facility fee for the entire season. You do not need to fill out a registration form but need to provide a copy of your USA Card and sign the USA Wrestling Waiver and Release from Liability Form. Print copies and bring to practice with your facility fee)
Arrive in time to be ready to start wrestling at the scheduled practice time. Parents you will need to clean the mats before practice. Please do your part and get the mats cleaned before practice. We can not start practice until the mats are cleaned. Please arrive 15 min early to practice to clean the mats
Always check the Club Calendar in the menu for changes in the practice schedule

We will limit the number of wrestlers due to space and safety considerations.
USA Everett reserves the right to refuse membership to any Wrestler or Wrestler's parent whose attitude and/or behaviors are detrimental to the Team and the Team's goals.
Folkstyle Practice will begin on November 2nd for advanced group and November 3rd for Novice group.
The 2009-2010 club fee is $125.00

2009 age divisions and weight classes
All wrestlers and Parents must read the USA Everett Conduct and Responsibilities handout prior to attending their first practice.
You Must have a USA Wrestling Card to attend Practice. Please bring a copy of your Card to your first Practice. No one will be permitted on the mat without providing a copy of their USA Card.

Wrestlers please remember to shower after every practice as well as wash your wrestling gear and clothing. Always wear clean clothing to practice. If you have any cuts or scratches please clean them and they must be covered at practice. Any questions see the coaches.
