The Chad and Ashley Cowan award is given to a Football Player & a Cheer Leader. This award is to recognize an outstanding child who has a great attitude, is a pleasure to coach, this child inspires his or her team mates, has good family values, and a child who is a good person on and off the field or the mat!

The 1997 season was dedicated to the memory of Coach Flamer for his commitment and success in establishing a standard of excellence. As the 1st Head Coach of the Vacaville Bengals Mitey Mite program, he finished the season 7-1 and along with his team, will forever be remembered as a winner!

With Coach Flamers standards in mind, a Mitey Mite Cheerleader and Football player will be recognized at the end of each season for their commitment, dedication, hard work, and all around sportsmanship.
