Certified umpires will be assigned to all Fall Ball scheduled games in all age groups. The league will schedule umpires prior to the start of the fall ball season.  It will be the home team manager's responsibility to contact the umpire assigner and the visiting team manager in the event of a rain out or any other necessary cancellation. Rained out games will not be required to be made up unless both managers can agree on a makeup date and the umpire assigner is informed as soon as possible to have umpires reassigned to their home field for the make up game date. If the umpires are not notified of cancellations, and they show up for assigned games, the home team will be responsible for paying umpire appearance fees. If games are forfeited at the game site because of lack of players, the forfeiting team will be responsible for BOTH full game umpire fees. Forfeited games will never be rescheduled.
