Congratulations to the U-12G Twin County S.A. Riptide, 2015 Paddy O'Neill Indoor Winter Champions. The team went 9-0-1 during the regular indoor season. In the championship game held earlier today, the Riptide went up against a powerful PDA team in the finals and the game ended in a 1-1 tie before going to PK kicks.  Riptide won in PK's and were declared CHAMPS!!   Congratulations to the TCSA Riptide Girls, coaches, and parents on a great indoor season!!!  

TCSA Red Bulls U-14 Boys team met the Marlboro Blue Titans in the finals. When regulation time ended, the TCSA Red Bulls were knotted in a 1-1 tie against the Marlboro Blue Titans and the game went to PK's.  Kudos to Red Bulls GK Trevor Green on stopping two shots and preventing goals.  A third Marlboro shot went wide and missed.  The Red Bull players - Nikko Garcia, Sean Aubry, and Andrew Casey saw their well-aimed shots hit the back of the net for goals and they were all the team needed to secure the win!

Congrats to the U-9G TCSA Dynamite for the successful weekend they just had at Hazlet's Rec. Tournament.  

The TCSA Dynamite were entered into their first two-day tournament and went 4-0 in their four games. 

Coach Neil & his able assistants enjoyed working with the Little Kickers this Spring season!

Congratulations to the Twin County S.A. Sky Blue on winning the GoodSports March Madness Soccer Tournament U-9G 8v8 Tournament on Saturday, March 22, 2014. TCSA Sky Blue yielded only two goals in the four games and blazed a trail into the finals where they defeated the Wall Sky Blue U-9G team 6-0.

They had a little help in their bracket from a fellow TCSA team, the Dynamite, who defeated the TRFC Alliance which led to a battle of the Sky Blue teams, with Twin County's Sky Blue coming out on top.

We would like to congratulate and recognize the U-8 boys TCSA United team for their outstanding season in GoodSports Winter 2014 Indoor League. The TCSA United defeated the Howell United Thunder Green team 4-1 in the finals to take 1st Place on Sunday, March 16th. In the finals, the TCSA United boys delivered a stinging loss to Howell and it was Howell's first loss of the season. CONGRATS UNITED!!

U11G STORM, MOSA CUP FINALISTS!!!

The U11G Storm girls displayed an incredible effort in a 2-1 loss to the Staten Island Blaze in the MOSA Cup finals to take 2nd place/Finalists. 

It will be a night long remembered by the teams and parents. First, the previously rained out game got underway only to be cut short by the lights going out after 11 minutes of play with the Storm down 1-0 after an early goal. An electrical problem caused the games to have to be moved over to the Marlboro Middle School. After everyone traveled over to the school, the game got under way and the Storm tied things up at 1-1 before finally giving up a goal midway through the second half resulting in a loss.

Both teams played awesome and with great sportsmanship, cheering each other on as they received their medals after the game and then posing for a group picture together. It was a night of good competition with the little twist of the "blackout" to make it all the more memorable for the girls. Go Storm!

The Neptune tournament was the Storm's first full-sided effort playing up in the U11 flight. The girls finished the weekend in Neptune tied for 1st place! Pulling a draw with the Pt. Pleasant U11 Pride, 1-1, and besting the Arsenal Fury, 1-0, put them in a tie for first, after beating Manalapan Fury 2-0 and tying Neptune U11 Wildcats 1-1 the day before. The goal differential tie breaker put them in second place but they gave a first place, first class effort all weekend. An incredible effort playing up a full year in the U11 bracket, in the 90+ degree heat and never giving up! Go Storm!

Congrats to the TCSA Rebels U-15G team - players, coaches, and parents for winning the CHAMPIONSHIP in the U-15 bracket in the NJ College Bound Showcase held at DP this weekend!

The Cyclones won their first game 2-0 against Toms River Rage, their second 5-0 against the Lacey Invaders and then lost a real battle with the Neptune Dynamite, 2-1.  The tournament came down to bonus points and because the Cyclones had 2 shutouts and also won a game with more than 3 points, they claimed first place! Tournament officials remarked that their bracket was the closest they can remember the standings being at their tournament.  The Cyclone coaches and parents are proud of the girls for playing some awesome soccer.

 

Twin County Real Magic U15 Girls Take 2nd Place in TWO State Cup Competitions!

Congratulations to the U15G Twin County Real Magic for placing 2nd in the NJYS National Championship Series State Cup Competition. In addition, the Twin County Real Magic also placed 2nd in the US Club Soccer New Jersey Cup Competition playing equally accomplished teams.

The team recently played in the prestigious FC Delco Tournament held in the suburbs and rural areas of the Greater Philadelphia region. The girls found hard fought success once again making it through to the semifinals where they lost to a New York team.

 

The TCSA United Girls, coached by Tom Rafferty, had two incredible accomplishments over the summer of 2011. With a 10 girl roster...that's right, no subs, summer temps, and down by one player...they achieved the following:
