USSSA is seeking the best players in the Region to showcase their talents in the MARYLAND ALL-STATE GAMES on August 12 - 15, 2021 in Central, MD.
Our Player identification staff for the All-State Games are Former Professional Players, Current or former MLB Scouts, College and High School Coaches.
Our games include some of the best individual players in the state of Maryland and its closest 8 States playing together on teams in tournament play. Our Summer Games included over 300 players from teams in 8 different States. The USSSA All-State Games is a prestigious event for individuals players. If you know a youth player who is worthy of consideration, fill out the nomination form in our REGISTRATION section of the website and include as much detail of your nominee as possible so our USSSA Scouts can make an accurate judgment. The Maryland USSSA Staff will nominate players from each team 15-45 days after each event. If a player is nominated, then they will receive a confirmation email of the nominations to their guardians email. We receive over 4,000 Nominations from over 25,000 players that play in a MD USSSA Baseball events each year. Players will be Invited from the Nominated players List only. So if you have a player that wants to see how he'll do against the best players in the Region, then make sure he does something spectacular during one of our events.

There will be multiple ways for players to be nominated for the All-State Games.
Any Player from the State of Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, North Carolina & Canada and players that play in a USSSA Event elsewhere are eligible for nomination for the Maryland All-State Games.

At Designated Qualifying Tournaments throughout the season, Players will be selected by the Tournament Event Directors. Those players are automatically nominated for the Maryland All-State Games. Click Here to see a list of Tournaments.

Any Team that participates in a USSSA event can have a Coach Nominate a Player for the All-State Games. Click Here to Nominate a Player.

Coaches will be asked to Nominate players on their team’s order of finish. Each team's coach will be asked to select players based on their team's order of finish at any USSSA Baseball event in the 2021 season (Sept 1, 2020 - July 31, 2021. Any Player selected will be eligible to participate in the 2021 All-State Games!

The First Place Team will nominate 5 Players

The Second Place Team will nominate 4 Players

The Third Place Team will nominate 3 Players

The Fourth Place Team will nominate 2 Players

All remaining teams will nominate 1 player.
Nominations must be submitted to the Tournament Director immediately upon your team’s completion of each Qualifying Tournament.
- If you played in multiple events you can nominate more players with the maximum being 5 players
- A Nomination does not mean that a player will receive an Invitation to play. All Nominations will be considered and evaluated by our USSSA SCOUTS. Once our Scouts have determined that a player is to be selected, then that player will receive an actual Invitation and then given a brief period of time to Register and pay for the event before their spot is given to the next prospective player.

Players will also receive an automatic Invitation to participate by being selected for the All-Tournament Team at the Maryland State Championship. The Tournament Director will post the All-Tournament Team when posting the State Championship scores and order of finish for the State Tournament at www.usssa.com.
Each nominated player who is selected with an Invitation and who returns the All-State Games Entry Form with payment will receive two (2) All State Jersey’s, a Player Hat and All-State Games Ring and will be listed on the Maryland USSSA Facebook page as a Maryland All -State player.
Eligible players will be divided into teams and play in a round robin tournament. Players will be placed on teams divided equally according to classifications and positions. All players will have at least one buddy from their season team.
All Classifications can be nominated (Major, AAA, AA,A).
Each player ages 8u-14u will pay a $295 entry fee, but after 6/15/21 the price goes up $50. Once Payment has been made there will be no Refunds
Selection of players for the teams will be done by the Scouts, Coaches & the All State Games Tournament Director.

All-State Team Coaches and Assistant Coaches
The Assistant Coaches will be selected from our USSSA Team Managers and their assistants whose teams win any qualifying Tournament throughout the year. Those coaches will be the first choice to be an Assistant coach in the All State Games. Runner-up teams will be next in line. Anyone wanting to coach in the All State Games must fill out the coaching form or indicate your desire to coach during your own sons Registration.
ALL PLAYERS WILL NEED TO WEAR THIER OWN WHITE PANTS
Homerun Derby will be held on Thursday 8/12/21 after check-in at Ripken Experience at (4pm-8pm) with designated times for each player age provided on Monday 8/9/21. You will be scheduled to participate during your skills measurable on Thursday. The Championship Homerun Derby Round will begin around 6:00pm Friday evening with each age Division having a Champion and crowned with a 10lb Crystal Baseball Trophy!
30 Second Round to hit as many HR's as possible. Then another 15 second round to hit as many HR's with our sponsors (Dirty South Bats) bat! Each Homerun will be a Point. Top 4 Finishers in Pre-lim round will advance to Finals.

USSSA is excited to have an Official Photographer for the 2021 USSSA Maryland All-State Games. Their professional photography staff will capture amazing TEAM & PLAYER photos to commemorate your experience.
All athletes will be photographed at Check-in and their team photo will be taken just before their team is announced at Opening Ceremonies.
