2009-2010 Pre-Season Indoor Basketball
Power Rankings



1. Power Flow Rebels

Defending champions, return entire team. Will be very hard to beat. Can put up a lot of points. Jay Singletary, Orlando Cosme, and Curtis Lane can score. Alex Arroyo good coach knows how to win.

2. Slaughterhouse

Very athletic. Jaworski, Conroy, Derell Williams, Joe D’Amato. Have played together and have good chemistry. Can shoot from anywhere.

3. ROD

Combination of Ruff Ryders and COD from the 09 summer lg. Have some big time players in DeLaCruz, Billy Spreitzer, Joe Lasala, Arnie Padin, Fleishcman. AND they have “The Wayne” and Nick Allan. Only question is: is there enough minutes for everyone?

4. Bad News Boys

Earned this spot, made it to the indoor championship last season. Different team than summer. Robinson brothers will be big. Evan Morris will control the tempo.

5. Killer Klownz

A new Killer Klownz team. Younger and faster. Additions of Pete Williams and Frank Ajosa, Jr. are huge. PG Anthony Amadeo will once again lead this team and he will determine their season.

6. PC Dynasty

New team to the league. Chris Smith and Bryan Lambert know Rec and will be the leaders. Will look to make an impact early. Have the team to make a run to the title.

7. Glory Road

Matt Dragone always has a competitive team in the league. Play a fast-paced game and have plenty of ballers. Look for Edgar Pacheco to have a nice season and Danny DeJesus to play big. Will be in every game.

8. Dream Team

A healthy Mike Devaney could be dangerous for opposing players. Mike Rizzo will shoot from anywhere and this team will look to find their identity early on. Brian Smith a big pick up.

9. Exit 12

Gerard Breubrun put together a nice team. Improved greatly last indoor season. Good team chemistry. Will compete.

10. Harlem Spartans

A roster filled with stars. Coach Anthony Piscitelli making a push for a dominating season. Kenny Kopacz, Ronald Roberts, Kevin Walker, Mikell Taylor, Larry Carter.

11. O.N.E. Wolfpack

Coach Nate Hill ready for the top division. Emerald & Michael Williams look to make an impact.

12. Juss Da Dacts

Kevin Clark can play and will have his team ready every night. Sam Porch will make a difference.

13. Trimline Medical

Coach Tom Jacobson will always be prepared for the basketball season. Rich Treonze looking to have a breakout season. Tom Murphy keeps improving and can hurt opponents with the outside shot.

14. MHC

Sean Baran makes the switch to ACC Division and will bring leadership and experience to the floor. John Daniels, Nick Fischer, and Mike Pasuco, this team is a definite contender.

15. Filthy Irish

Have become a regular threat. Coach Mike Hoffman will get his team mentally and physically ready. Ken Teshlog will lead the offensive side, while Alan Walsh, Matt Mulhern, Dan Zuber, and Brian Convery will play key roles.

16. Sons of Anarchy

Chris Hansen will look to score and will need help from the rest of the team. Chris Blakovich will be the guy late in games.

17. Superfreaks

Always in the game when Frank Flynn is on the court. Very team oriented and look for them to improve each game. Pat McMonagle can shoot and with the addition of Matt Hladik, this team can and will put up points.

18. Devil Dawgs

Halsey Brothers a dangerous duo. Shawn Ellerson can hit any shot and Glen Regan adds athleticism.

19. Swamp Donkeys

Coming off a summer basketball championship. Plays well together, has good team chemistry. Addition of Omar Charles has them thinking title. Have plenty of stars in Eric Fischer, Dan Hampton, David Bodson and Brian Hennessy.

20. The Show

Fogu brothers can play with anyone. Do they have enough help? Paris Huff will be key.

21. n W o

Pat Lioi ready to take his game to the next level. n W o had a nice summer and will look to bring their team ball back to the court in the winter. Mike Tapia and Brenden Godesky can score and Anthony Mackow brings the intensity.

22. PR’s Finest

Veteran team. Look for Pete Carino and Hector Rosario to have a breakout season and lead this team to the playoffs.

23. Green Devil

New team with new players and new names. Will need to find their identity quick as this division is competitive.

24. Heat

Young team who needs to understand every game is important. Can not turn the ball over and must capitalize on fast breaks.

25. Killer Klowns

Different Klowns team than in the past. Departure of PG Anthony Amadeo definitely hurts this team. Can they find a floor general to lead them?


26. Warriors

James Santiago is excited for his team’s potential. Look for them to play tough defense and play good team ball.

27. Underdogs

Another young team who can’t make too many mistakes. Justin Guthrie can play and will look to lead the team.

28. Young Ballers

They are young, but they can ball. Who will be the go to guy in close games?

29. Tyrannousaurs Recs

Put together a nice roster of athletes. Can they find their true sport in basketball? Dave Lewondoski a leader and the Yurchak Brothers always bring their A game. Rob Kochanski dangerous underneath and Bigg can shoot.

30. Vanilla Thunder

Ranked #30, but this team will bring it every game. Have own pre-game music. Mike Tully will play as hard as anyone and Jonathan Tomassi can score.
