2009 “ANNUAL GOLF OUTING”                                                       

Dear Friends and Local Businesses,

The Bridgewater-Raritan Pop Warner Football & Cheerleading Program is marking our 41^st year of providing an outstanding youth football & cheer program for our local children.  Although the township sanctions our program, we are an independent, non-profit organization, and do not receive township funding.  Therefore, it is necessary for us to rely on the generosity of corporate sponsors, local businesses and private donors.   There are many special corporate entities and local businesses that we recognize as leaders who are committed to not only maximizing profit, but also to maximizing their positive impact on the communities where they do business by supporting our program.  We believe that we have similar goals, in that we are committed to investing in the future of our children and our communities.

One of our biggest fundraisers is our Annual Golf Outing, which we are hosting for the eighth year.  This year’s Golf Outing is scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2009 at the Beaver Brook Country Club in Clinton, NJ.  The donations received will be used to help offset the cost of uniforms, equipment and travel cost if any one of our teams are fortunate enough to reach the National Championships in Florida, held during the first week of December, 2009. 

You can participate directly in the outing by: Golfer $145.00 (Register before 9-14 and save $5 on entry fee) includes golf, cart, lunch, dinner and prizes.

Corporate Sponsor, which includes golf, sponsor sign on the 1^st and 18^th tee, cart, lunch and awards dinner for twelve players  $5000 or $2500 for eight players and sign on 1^st tee.
