There is no refund on any used equipment. No exceptions!
There will be a full refund of all registration fees (except US lacrosse fees), and uniform fees, only in the event that EGYLC cannot field a team in a players respective age group by January 15, 2009.
Refunds - There is a non-refundable administrative processing fee of $50.00 for any withdrawal after the player registration form has been submitted, regardless of the date of withdrawal or reason for withdrawal.
Refunds will be applied as follows:
Pre-season through December 15, 2008: Players will receive a full refund *
December 15, 2008 - January 15, 2009: Players will receive a 50% refund
January 15, 2009 through end of season: Players who withdraw for non-medical reasons will not receive a refund. Players who withdraw for medical/injury reasons may receive a refund in an amount to be determined by the Registrar and/or directors of the Elk Grove Youth Lacrosse Club.*
* Note: A $50.00 non-refundable administrative processing fee will be assessed
Refund/Withdrawal Procedure:
Immediately contact the treasurer with the following information: the date, player’s name, grade and reason for dropping out. A doctor’s note stating that the player will not be able to participate for the balance of the season is required for all medical issue related refunds.
