VOLUNTEER POSITIONS
Below are some of the positions we need to fill to help us have a sucessful season. If you think you can take on one of these responsibilities, please contact Cindy or Jennifer
TARSA Representative - Attend TARSA meeting, register TARSA teams, keep lines of communication open between TARSA and FHYSC updating the FHYSC board of any TARSA changes, regulations, rules etc.
Recreational Fundraising Coordinator - Coordinate fundraising projects between club and parents.
Sponsor Liason - Contact potential sponsors, keep track of sponsors and payments, be available to answer sponsor questions and concerns, coordinate the thank you's to the sponsors.
End of Season Trophy & Plaque Coordinator - Organize trophies and coaches plaques and distribute to the teams at Closing Ceremony.
Age Group Coordinators - Responsible for fielding phone calls from parents of children in there age group, be willing to make phone calls to the coaches in there age group if we need information passed along quickly.
