Using the Field Availability chart listed on the Kids First website, Home team coach will have 48 hours to provide Kids First Director of Personnel with a rescheduled date, approved by both coaches.  Kids First recommends coaches make contact with one another the same night the postponement occurs.

Coaches will use email to contact one another and "CC" Kids First regarding all rescheduling correspondence. This is to ensure each coach has made contact with one another.

If Kids First Director of Personnel isn't provided a rescheduled date within 48 hours of the reported postponed game, the game will be recorded as a cancelled game on both team schedules, and will not be permitted to be rescheduled. 

Kids First Director of Personnel will assign umpires once a rescheduled date has been established.

Postponed date will remain on the team schedule as well as the rescheduled date.  Rescheduled date will be identified with an exclamation point (!);which when selected will reveal the original game date.
