Bev began his baseball coaching experience in LLLL managing a T-Ball team in 1994.  He worked his way up the League's divisions over the next eight years, managing or coaching at every level, including three district all star teams.  Bev coached the first team from LLLL to play in Cooperstown Dreams Park in 1999 and 2000.

Bev served on LLLL's Board of Directors from 1996-2003 as Vice  President.  He also volunteered for various other roles during that period, including equipment manager for two years,  a divisional commissioner for three years, assistant coordinator for LLLL's hosting of the 2001 Junior State Tournament, as well as Bat-A-Thon chairman for three years, raising over $400,000 that led to the purchases of what today are the Jeff Cobb and Jack Jennings Fields in Bill Washington Park.

Jason begain his baseball experience in Lower Loudoun Little League as a 10-year-old and was named Player of the Year as a 12-year-old.  He was later part of LLLL teams that won the Juniors' Virginia State Tournament Championship in 1987 and the Seniors' District 10 Championship in 1998.  He attended Broad Run High School and was a member of their Virginia AA State Championship team in 1991 and was named to the First Team All-State that year.  He went on to play college baseball for James Madison University.

Jason turned to teaching baseball as a varsity assistant coach for four years at Broad Run High School.  Afterward, he started working with players in individual and small group settings, as well as coaching travel teams ranging from ages 12 to 16, and a couple of summers in the Clark Griffith League - a wooden bat summer league for college players.

In 2002, Jason co-founded Diamond Sports Training (DST) and serves as a co-owner and director of baseball operations.  Its mission is:  "To promote the passion for baseball and softball by providing a training environment where athletes can reach their highest potential."  DST is a 30,000 squeare foot indoor baseball and softball training facility located in Sterling, VA that annually serves over 10,000 youth baseball players.

Jeff joined the League in 1990, managing his son's T-ball team.  He continued managing teams through the 2000 season, including several district tournamant all star teams.  Despite some very lean years for the league in the early 1990's, Jeff provided major financial guidance helping the league to stabilize and become financially sound.

In 1997, Jeff became a member of the LLLL Board of Directors and was the coordinator for the Junior and Senior baseball programs.  Jeff was instrumental in securing the league's hosting of the 2001 Junior State Tournament.  Jeff joined the Virginia District 10 Little League staff in 2003 as Assistant District Administrator for 90-foot baseball programs.  Through his efforts, inter-league play for Junior and Senior teams in Northern Virginia was initiated.

Jeff soon saw the need for more umpires and decided to step up and become an official umpire for the league.  By 2000, Jeff was being assigned to umpire District Tournament games at all levels, and later the Virginia Big League State Tournaments.

Sadly, Jeff lost his battle with cancer on February 23, 2007 at the age of 61.  At the 2008 Opening Day Ceremony, Lower Loudoun Little League renamed its primary ballpark Jeff Cobb Field in his memory and to honor the legacy he left behind.

Paul was born and raised in Niagara Falls, New York and played Little League Baseball starting in the summer of 1957.  He began coaching in 1970 in up-state New York and coached at various levels, ranging from eight year olds to varsity men's teams while on active duty with the Marine Corps.

The highpoint of Paul’s coaching career was the privilege of coaching his own four children through their youth.

The teams Paul coached over the years have had their fair share of championships but what he values the most is the teaching of the FUNdamentals of the game of Baseball.  Paul believes the development of players is far more important than a won-lost record.  As Paul says, “It doesn't take a lot of expertise to teach a youngster to learn how to win . . . teaching them how to handle coming in second is the challenge.”

Paul coached his three daughters in the early 90's in the Lower Loudoun Girls Softball League, including the Baseliners travel team.  In 1995, when his son came of age, he started coaching Baseball again in LLLL.  Paul coached at all levels (T-Ball, AA, AAA, Major, Junior, Senior and now Big League).  He also umpired at all levels since 1997.  In addition, Paul was the league training coordinator for a couple of years.
