About Erik
Erik Lovdahl is a former professional pitcher who has coached and instructed at all ages and skill levels from T-ball to college.
After a successful college pitching career, he posted a league-leading ERA in Class A during his first year as a pro.
Erik uses his experience and his ability to teach skills that extend beyond mechanical, by-the-numbers pitching instruction (although this is still a very important part of the training program).
Erik has been offered coaching duties in two professional leagues, and has been a guest speaker at various colleges, leagues, and organizations across Minnesota. Erik is considered one of the most productive pitching coaches in the region.
Erik is currently a batting practice pitcher for the Minnesota Twins, Director of the MYAS Gopher State Pitching Camp, and Director of the Minnesota Twins Youth Spring Training Camps.
With over 14 years of experience coaching at the collegiate and high school levels, Erik has plenty of experience to offer to aspiring pitchers of all ages and skill levels.
