Ball Skills Classes
There are several options for students who want to develop better Ball Skills:
- Open classes, 12 week sessions
- Personal training, minimum of 8 weeks commitment
- Small Group and Team Training
Gaining ball skills is the focus of the 12 week evening sessions and various camps. Students should gain approximately 25,000 touches on the ball in either the 12-week evening sessions. A student may decide to take Ball Skills one, to two times per week. The cost for this program is $180 for one class per week, for 12 weeks. For two classes per week, for 12 weeks, the cost is $330.
Speed and Agility classes are held throughout the week. The curriculum for the Speed and Agility is designed to improve muscular strength and balance, and therefore we don't recommend this for students under the age of 12. There is a minimum commitment of 8 sessions. The Speed and Agility classes are designed and managed by Rob Brown, and Felix Sandy. Rob Brown is the founder of ProSpeed, and is a former Green Bay Packers (11 years), and Virginia Tech player. Felix Sandy is a 400 meter specialist with a wealth of training knowledge. He is a originally from Sierra Leone, and attended Azusa Pacific University. He holds an all-time top ten spot for the university's Track and Field program in the 400, with a time of 46.04. Some of Felix's track records in the 400 remain today. This is a serious class for players who want to have a big impact on their speed.
Speed & Agility evaluations are free, and the cost of the class is a minimum commitment of 8 sessions, for $200.

School Soccer Preparation
Middle School Preparation (click title to visit page)
The MaxTouch, Middle School Preparation class is designed to give players the knowledge, technique, and physical capability to compete on a similar level as other incoming middle school students, and returning players. Our Middle School Prep class offers students the advantage of working with coaches that have played at all levels; middle/high school, college, semi-professionally, and professionally. Our students also have the advantage of participating in a class that week in, and week out, is dedicated to preparing students for the rigors of middle school soccer, both on the field, and in the classroom. We have not only designed the program to help students ascertain the types of demands coaches place upon them, but also those academic demands that teachers have when a student participates in school athletics.
The MaxTouch High School Preparation class is designed to prepare players for the transition from middle school to high school, and give them an edge over other incoming freshman. The class is also designed for existing high school players that are trying to be selected for a high school team as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior. Our High School Prep class offers students the advantage of working with coaches that have played at all levels; middle/high school, college, semi-professionally, and professionally. The High School Prep class is similar in structure to the Middle School Prep class, but offers incoming Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors more advanced training, and a more dynamic view of soccer in a competitive environment. The class will help players deal with the selection process, and help players understand what high school coaches look for in players. The class is also designed to help players prepare for the increasing academic, and athletic demands placed upon them when participating in high school athletics. The class will focus on increasing knowledge of the game and technique, and also offer more dynamic speed and strength training to prepare students for the demands of high school soccer.
The cost of the program is $300. Click here for more information, or to enroll now!
