2012 MGSL Scholarship Application
The Board of Directors of the Montgomery Girls Softball League has established an annual scholarship fund. The scholarship will be a one-time award in the amount of $500.00 paid directly to two (2) chosen applicants.

To be eligible, you must:

1. Be graduating from Montgomery Township High School in June 2012.
2. Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
3. Have participated in the Montgomery Township Girls Softball League recreation or travel program for a minimum of three seasons.
4. Be attending a post-secondary educational, vocational, or technical school in the fall of 2012.

The scholarship committee will evaluate the applications, essays, and letters of recommendation and select the two best-qualified candidates. An interview is not required.

In order to be considered, please download and complete the application that is linked above and in the "Handouts" section of our site. Make sure that your essay and letters of recommendation are prepared and submitted according to the instructions. The application deadline has been extended to Monday, May 7, 2012.

Note: any applications that are post marked after the deadline, not complete, or contain false information will not be considered.
