Rank Certifications (under Black Belt) will be issued based upon video submission or resume.
Black Belt Certification will be issued based upon a submitted video, resume, recommendation from an instructor, and a 500 word essay on what is the expected level of proficiency/knowledge that the rank they are applying for should carry.
