2012/2013 MEMBERSHIP & ATHLETIC SEASON PASS FORM

Through your membership and support we are able to provide additional resources above amounts funded by our school district. Membership fees and other fundraising have provided:
· Over $50,000 annually for boys and girls sports
· Four $500 scholarships per year
· Over $55.00/athlete per season
· New equipment and travel bags
Memberships include: The The BLUE level offers membership only.
The ORANGE level offers membership and a SEASON PASS for ALL sports for the school year within District 308. Sports such as; Football, Basketball, Gymnastics, Wrestling and Volleyball. The $80.00 Family ORANGE level also entitles you to reserved seating for your family at home (non-IHSA) Football Games.
* Tournaments and state playoff games are not included with this annual season pass offer. .
*OHS student passes are purchased separately through school registration.
